Interview with Ms. Ednah Karamagi at the international conference Web2forDev 2007, Rome, 25-27 September 2007. Ednah works for BROSDI, a Ugandan NGO implementing the "Collecting and Exchange of Local Agricultural Content" (CELAC) Project. BROSDI extensively uses Web 2.0 applications at community level. CTA has initiated a partnership with BROSDI by supporting their participation in the Web2forDev conference in Rome, Italy and in the 3rd Global Knowledge Conference (GK3) in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.
